"As a student working for Farmers it's very flexible. You get to choose the hours that you want to do and there's no hassle if you need a change. There are also extra hours if you need them when it comes to Christmas time and the holidays, which is really good so you pick up on lots of extra pay. Farmers have been really great in letting me choose the area that I want to work in. They've given me all the help and guidance that I need.
