"I came to Farmers from a hotel background. I actually joined Farmers as a Christmas Casual, and when I started working here I realised there were lots of parallels to hotels. I felt that I could find the same variety in Farmers that I had actually enjoyed working in hotels. Not only do I spend time on the sales floor, I have a hand in a little part of sales and marketing, I get to do financial analysis and human resources.
