Our Loss Prevention Managers are among the best in the industry as they focus on the big picture – maximising store contribution through profit protection. They manage a team whose sole focus is to identify, investigate and recover loss from all sources. It’s a "high contact role" where the focus is on maintaining good relationships with local police and other retailers, in addition to customers, team members and Managers. Loss Prevention Managers also look after the safety of staff and customers by facilitating the Health and Safety Programme within the store. It’s a busy, varied role that provides challenges every day.
