"I am employed at Farmers Bayfair as a Receiving Assistant in the Dispatch area. My role here comprises receiving, processing and distributing all inward goods. This is an important position which calls for a high level of accuracy and speed. It also provides a great deal of satisfaction because we know that the store would not run efficiently without a quick and accurate turnover of stock to the various departments, as, they depend on all goods going straight to the shop floor asap. We pride ourselves on our performance in this area."

After a few years I moved to Lingere as a Merchandiser; but I was craving a new challenge and that's when, with the support of my manager, I joined the stocktake team. I love being a Stocktake Coordinator because it is a new challenge everyday and you don't get bored because you are always changing departments."
