Loss Prevention Associate
Our Loss Prevention Associates realise there is more to the role than catching shoplifters. Without a doubt it's a big part of their role, but their focus is on minimising loss from all sources. They identify loss patterns, remove opportunities for theft, and ensure a safe and secure store environment. The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and a sharp eye.
Loss Prevention Manager
Our Loss Prevention Managers are among the best in the industry as they focus on the big picture - maximising store contribution through profit protection. They manage a team whose sole focus is to identify, investigate and recover loss from all sources. It's a "high contact role" where the focus is on maintaining good relationships with local police and other retailers, in addition to customers, team members and managers. Loss Prevention Managers also look after the safety of staff and customers by facilitating the Health and Safety Programme within the store. It's a busy, varied role that provides challenges everyday.
Regional Loss Prevention Manager
Regional Loss Prevention Managers provide that extra layer of support to store teams. They work with stores to develop loss prevention strategies and processes. They lead internal theft investigations, help resolve large-scale stock loss issues, and champion the civil recovery programs within each store.
National Loss Prevention Manager
The National Loss Prevention Manager works with senior management to set the direction for loss prevention, including the systems, processes and structure that underpin this strategy.
