Replenishers ensure our stores are well stocked, so customers can locate the products they wish to purchase. They help customers make purchasing decisions by ensuring all available sizes, colours and styles are on display and that product tickets and prices are easy to read.

Merchandiser

Merchandisers ensure products are correctly priced and placed throughout the store, making the customer's shopping experience easier and more enjoyable. They help set up promotions, new seasons stock, and displays.

Visual Merchandiser

Visual Merchandisers create displays that capture the imaginations of our customers by providing inspirational ideas. Visual Merchandisers also help set up the "new look" for each season, as well as promotions.

Visual Merchandising Manager

Visual Merchandising Managers are responsible for the overall look of a store. They ensure a fresh and vibrant store environment is created for our customers. Visual Merchandising Managers also provide merchandising guidance to management and provide direction for each new seasons look.

National Visual Merchandising

At a national level this team determines how our stores should look. They then help stores achieve this look by providing direction and support, and ensuring merchandising standards are consistently upheld.

"Visual Merchandising essentially ensures that store presentations are outstanding and to international standards. Our job is to ensure that when customers walk into the store they immediately identify with the things that they've seen in their brochure and on TV, so they can shop easily. I’d say the most amazing thing is to see people's reactions, to be excited about the merchandise and to grab it off the rails, take it to the fitting room and ultimately purchase it. We have a lot of fun! There are many different aspects to the job.
